CORONA VIRUS POLICY
As the Corona Virus Pandemic has now been declared over, we will take a more common sense approach to taking care of our students and staff and respond to illness with care and diligence. However if you feel the need to wear a mask then feel free to do so. If you feel that you are immune-compromised, then we strongly recommend you seek medical attention and maintain a higher state of care and remain quarantined until you no longer feel a need to.
- If you are feeling ill, CORONA virus or otherwise, it is always advised you seek medical attention and postpone your massage until you are feeling better.

-Once you are fully recovered we would be happy to reschedule your appointment.

-Masking is optional in our facility and our staff and students are not mandated to wear masks.

We continue to follow elevated workplace sanitation practices and sanitize every room prior to your massage. We do our best in keeping a healthy and virus free environment. Thank you for helping us by observing our protocols.

As our students go through their training, they are required to accomplish a regimen of fully-documented full body massage sessions. We offer an opportunity for the general public to assist our students in completing their assignment.
Please remember that these are Massage Therapy students in training and not fully developed professionals. If you have a preference for deeper pressures we can at times recommend an exceptional performer, but always remember that these are students in training and we discourage their attempts to "fix" you. If you have medical conditions or injuries that require professional help, then please seek out a professional therapist who can give you the skilled treatment that you need for your more in-depth requirements. We can recommend one of our graduates who do excellent work and have very competitive rates.
We wish to emphasize that our students work in our supervised training facility. Our clinic coordinator is available to answer student questions and to assist with coaching as needed. Our student massage clinic is supervised by seasoned professionals which further enhances our student's learning atmosphere. Our end goal is to have the best trained massage students in the state of Colorado.

We are very proud of our students and work diligently in building their business skills. This includes encouraging them to be on time, present a clean professional appearance, be courteous, have their treatment areas ready for their clients, and to give their clients their fully undivided attention.
We also ask our clients to do the same for our students as they recognize that their student therapist has made arrangements to be available and on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrive on time, fresh and ready for your massage, and be prepared to help our students improve their learning experience by giving them heartfelt feedback that will give them pointers on how to make your next experience even better!
To these ends we ask the following of our clients;
-Please turn off or mute your phones for the duration of your massage so as not to distract from your session.
-Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete your client intake, initial interview and make payment before the beginning of your session.
-IF you are to be tardy please know that your session will end at the scheduled end time so your student therapist can be ready for their next scheduled appointment.
-Please be aware that if you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be noted as a no-show. You will be asked prepay future sessions if you wish to reschedule your appointment.
